Pilot terms

Last updated 27 October 2026

These are the terms for the ATAP pilot. They are short on purpose and will be replaced by fuller terms before general launch.

What ATAP is

ATAP lets people send feedback about how a vehicle was driven to its owner. A report is the opinion of a witness. It is not legal evidence and ATAP does not check that it is true.

Report safely

Only report as a passenger or on foot. Never use your phone while driving or riding.

Use it honestly

Do not file false or abusive reports, report the same vehicle repeatedly to harass its owner, or use ATAP to follow, threaten or identify anyone. We may remove reports and block devices or accounts that do.

What you give us

When you send a report you allow ATAP to store it and show it to the verified owner of the vehicle, and to our staff for review. When you add a vehicle you confirm you are its owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

Removal requests

If you believe a report about your vehicle is false or unlawful, write to legal@atap.in with the plate and the details and we will look at it.

Pilot service

ATAP is provided as is during the pilot. Features may change or stop, and we cannot promise the service will always be available. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.
